About the Role
The Coverage Coordinator will oversee the real-time documentation of the Desert Festival, ensuring all key moments, activations, performances, and guest experiences are captured in line with the content plan.
This role is pivotal in connecting on-ground activity with digital storytelling — ensuring that nothing is missed and every moment contributes to the event’s legacy.
This is a freelance, two-month contract, requiring on-ground presence in the desert for approximately one month during the festival period. Accommodation, meals, and basic amenities will be provided.

About the Role
As P&C Activator, you will support the People & Culture team and project leadership in making MOTN a positive experience for everyone bringing it to life.
This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will coordinate daily workforce administration, employee communication and engagement activities throughout build, live and dismantle. You will act as a key link between staff, freelancers, the P&C team and project leadership, helping people feel looked after and picking up issues early.
What You'll Do
• Welcome staff and freelancers, supporting onboarding, briefings and workforce check-ins
• Maintain accurate attendance records, follow up on timesheets and prepare information for payroll review
• Coordinate uniform distribution, replacements and returns, keeping records updated
• Share timely workforce updates through designated WhatsApp groups, including transport, schedules and welfare reminders
• Help organise team activities, wellbeing initiatives and daily recognition
• Be an approachable contact for staff, listen to concerns and escalate welfare or sensitive matters to the P&C team
• Conduct regular site walk-arounds, flagging practical issues and following up on agreed actions

What You Need to Apply
✅ Early-career experience in operations, coordination, administration, hospitality or events
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Confident using Microsoft Office and WhatsApp
✅ Willing to work on site across Al Ain, Dhafra and Abu Dhabi, with flexible hours aligned to event requirements
✅ Based in the UAE
