About the Role
As Programming Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of event schedules, ensuring all programming elements are organised, aligned, and delivered smoothly.
This is a detail-driven, fast-paced role where you will assist in coordinating talent, managing schedules, and supporting on-site delivery to ensure a seamless audience experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the development and management of programming schedules and timelines
- Coordinate talent logistics, including arrivals, rehearsals, and requirements
- Support rehearsals and on-site programming delivery
- Track timing, transitions, and run-of-show updates
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments
- Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and communication updates
- Support overall programme coordination and execution
About You
✔ Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
✔ A strong communicator, confident working across teams
✔ Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
✔ Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments
✔ Experience in events, content, or coordination roles preferred
What You Need to Apply
✅ Relevant experience in coordination, events, or operations
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation
