Role Purpose

You’ll lead the end-to-end marketing for our Festival — a six- month contract culminating in a live desert event experience. From influencer strategy to press coordination to on-site brand storytelling, this is a true 360° role with impact.

You’ll be hands-on during the live festival period (including a required 1-month stay in the desert — food, accommodation, and amenities included). Think of it as part adventure, part career-defining move.

About the Role

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be the digital voice of the festival before, during, and after the event. You’ll work with content creators, creatives, on‐ground producers, and influencers to deliver high‑impact content and live activations. You’ll own the social media experience for one of the UAE’s most vibrant public festivals.

This is a 4 month contract, including a ~1‑month on‑site stay during the festival period (accommodation, meals & basic on‑site amenities provided). 🏕️

The Experience Producer is responsible for the full planning and delivery of guest‑facing experiences at Liwa Village: stage shows, activations, adventure & family zones. You’ll ensure programming aligns with strategy & audience, and is culturally resonant, safe, smooth, and on brand. Being a visible leader on site throughout the festival (build, rehearsals, live days, de‑rig) is crucial. This role suits a high‑energy, positive team player who supports others and leads by example.

The Coverage Coordinator will oversee the real-time documentation of the Desert Festival, ensuring all key moments, activations, performances, and guest experiences are captured in line with the content plan. 

This role is pivotal in connecting on-ground activity with digital storytelling — ensuring that nothing is missed and every moment contributes to the event’s legacy. 

This is a freelance, two-month contract, requiring on-ground presence in the desert for approximately one month during the festival period. Accommodation, meals, and basic amenities will be provided.  

As a Site Manager at LINKVIVA, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-ground event operations, ensuring smooth builds, safe execution, and timely delivery. This role demands strong coordination, leadership, and a hands-on approach to managing teams, suppliers, and site logistics.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to bring ambitious ideas to life , whether that’s curating a line-up of performers, designing an immersive brand zone, or producing a high-energy brokers event.

This role is perfect for someone from an agency background with proven experience in experiential, activations, and live event delivery , where “programming” is just one of the tools in your creative toolkit.

The Finance Coordinator will support the smooth financial and operational management of vendor-related activities on site. This role requires strong Arabic communication skills to effectively coordinate with vendors and assist visitors when needed.

The Finance Coordinator will oversee daily operational tasks in alignment with the Finance Team, including monitoring vendor cash collections, reconciling daily sales or inventory reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The role is responsible for maintaining proper documentation, verifying vendor submissions, and ensuring all financial transactions are tracked with transparency and accountability.

Additionally, the Finance Coordinator will assist in preparing periodic financial reports and summaries for submission to key stakeholders, contributing to accurate financial insights and overall project compliance.

Role Purpose

The Assistant Experience Programming Manager supports the Experience Programming Manager & Director in bringing the festival’s entertainment and guest facing activities to life. You’ll help operationalize the curated program across all zones, manage suppliers, performers, and partners, and troubleshoot on site challenges to ensure seamless visitor experiences.

We’re looking for two motivated Trainees/Interns to join our dynamic team and support the canvassing and qualification of potential clients and sponsors for LINKVIVA’s ongoing and upcoming projects.

You’ll work closely with both our marketing and live-events teams, focusing on outreach, lead qualification, and sponsorship support — playing a key role in connecting great brands with great experiences.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Desert Festival marketing campaign — one of the UAE’s largest seasonal celebrations combining culture, heritage, music, and sport.

This role involves day-to-day coordination between internal teams, external agencies, and on-ground activation partners to ensure timely, aligned, and high-quality marketing output.

Production Coordinator supports the event production process from planning to execution, handling logistics, schedules, permits, and vendor coordination. They keep teams aligned, manage documentation, and ensure seamless behind-the-scenes operations throughout the event lifecycle.
