About the Role
As Programming Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering event content and entertainment schedules across LINKVIVA’s projects.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will manage programming plans, coordinate talent, and ensure seamless delivery across all stages and platforms.
You will play a key role in aligning content with creative direction, ensuring that every element contributes to a cohesive and engaging audience experience.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage programming schedules and timelines
- Coordinate talent, performers, speakers, and content partners
- Ensure smooth delivery across stages and event environments
- Align programming with creative direction and project objectives
- Manage stakeholder expectations, including clients and partners
- Work closely with production teams to ensure feasibility and execution
- Oversee run-of-show development and updates
- Support on-site delivery, ensuring programming runs seamlessly
- Monitor performance and contribute to post-event insights and improvements
About You
✔ Strong experience in programming, content curation, or entertainment delivery
✔ Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and stakeholders
✔ Audience-focused, with an understanding of engagement and experience design
✔ A confident communicator, able to manage talent and stakeholders
✔ Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced, live environments
✔ Strong attention to detail and delivery quality
What You Need to Apply
✅ Proven experience in events, programming, or content-led roles
✅ Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Understanding of live event delivery and production processes
✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation
